Recipe:how to cook Chinese food, Spring Roll
Spring Roll is traditional Chinese dim sum. Different areas cook with different stuffings, such as meats, vegetables and etc. I will introduce the simplest one. It is easy to prepare and cook. The red bean spring roll. It could be served as dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1pkg Spring roll pastry
- 1pkg red bean paste
- 1 egg white
- oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: stay the spring roll pastry under room temperature for 30 mins.
Step 2: squeeze some red bean paste on the pastry. For more healthy, you may make the red bean paste by yourself. Boil or steam red beans, smash and add much sugar as you like.
Step 3: wrap pastry lightly.
Step 4: stick with egg white and seal.
Step 5: fried in medium-low heat oil to golden colour. Don’t fry too many spring rolls, best serve when warm.
Step 6: put on a kitchen towel. Done❕
