Recipe: how to cook Chinese food, Preserved Egg and Pork Porridge
Preserved Egg and Pork Porridge is s a local traditional snack in Guangdong Province.
INGREDIENTS:
- Lean pork 100g
- Preserved egg 3 pcs
- Rice 150g
- Spring onion
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: prepare all ingredients. peel the preserved egg.
Step 2: soak rice for 1 hours.
Step 3: turn to low heat and stew for half hour after the rice and water boiling over high heat. 1 rice:8 water. if you like thick porridge, 1 rice:5 water.
Step 4: dice the meat into small pieces.
Step 5: put the meat into boiling water until it turns white. drain and put some salt. set aside.
Step 6: cut the preserved eggs.
Step 7: put eggs and meat into porridge.
Step 8: add a teaspoon salt.
Step 9: boil for 10 minutes.
Step 10: cut the spring onion.
Step 11: put spring onion, mix well and turn off the heat. DONE❕
