Recipe: how to cook Chinese food, Pan-fried Oyster

INGREDIENTS:
- Oyster
- Flour
- Egg (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: prepare oyster.
Step 2: cover the oyster with flour.
Step 3: dip the oyster into the egg. you could add some white pepper powder or chilli powder into the egg, or dip the seasonings after pan-fried. (this step is an optional step)
Step 4: heat oil over medium heat, pan-fry oyster to golden colour. DONE❕
