Recipe: how to cook Chinese food, Osmanthus Jelly_dessert

Osmanthus Jelly is a traditional Chinese snack, which has over 300 years of history. It has a crystal look and flower fragrance.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g water
  • 20g sugar
  • 10g gelatin
  • 2g dried osmanthus

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: soft the gelatin in cold water.

Step 2: dissolve the sugar in hot water.

Step 3: put gelatin. melt and mix evenly.

Step 4: pick out the impurity.

Step 5: put the dried osmanthus into step 3. soak for a while, let osmanthus mix evenly.

Step 6: transfer to container or mould after cooling to room temperature.

Step 7: keep in the fridge. DONE❕

you could put some goji or longan in it.
