Recipe: how to cook Chinese food, Multicolour Glass Noodles_cold dish

Multicolour Glass Noodle is a famous cold dish in the northeast of China. People use fresh broad mung bean glass noodle normally.

INGREDIENTS:

  • glass noodle (mung bean or potato)
  • cucumber
  • egg
  • carrot
  • wood ear
  • ham sausage
  • lean pork or beef
  • soy sauce
  • sugar
  • sesame paste
  • salt
  • mashed garlic
  • mustard oil
  • coriander
  • dried chilli pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: if you use dried glass noodles, soak or boil to soft first. then put to the cool water for a while. drain the water.

Step 2: add a little salt to eggs, and pan-fry.

Step 3: shred all vegetables and egg, put the glass noodles in the middle.

Step 4: shred lean beef, mix with some soy sauce, dark soy sauce and starch. marinate for 5 minutes. heat 2 tablespoon oil, put dried chilli pepper, stir-fry meat. then pour on the top of the glass noodles.

Step 5: mix sesame paste with warm water, add mashed garlic, sugar, soy sauce and mustard oil.

Step 6: pour sesame paste onto the glass noodles. decorate with some coriander. DONE❕

you could use other vegetables as you prefer, such as red cabbage.
