Recipe: how to cook Chinese food, Garlic Juice

Garlic Juice has a lot of using methods, having with Jiao Zi, making the cold salad or pickle, etc.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 spoon water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: peel garlic and mash it to open in a garlic pugging pot. you also could mash it with a rolling pin.

Step 2: add salt and mash it. the salt can keep the garlic thick. you could put salt and garlic into a processor to mash.

Step 3: mix with water. DONE❕
