Recipe: how to cook Chinese food, Di San Xian_potato, eggplant and green pepper
Di San Xian is a classic traditional dish in the northeast of China. The main ingredients are seasonal fresh potato, eggplant and green pepper. It has a fresh taste and full of nutrition.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 eggplant
- 1 potato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ⅓ spring onion (minced)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2g sugar
- 1 tablespoon starch
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: roll cut potato, eggplant and green pepper.
Step 2: fry potato and eggplant to golden colour.
Step 3: mix dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and starch with some water.
Step 4: heat two tablespoon oil, put spring onion and garlic.
Step 5: stir-fry green pepper for a while.
Step 6: put potato and eggplant.
Step 7: turn to medium heat, pour the sauce.
Step 8: keep stirring until the sauce is thickened. DONE❕
